{2015} What Not To Miss At Chatuchak!

hello lovelies:)

Today i am going to conclude my Bangkok trip with this post. Do check out my other posts about my Bangkok trip! I took the BTS skytrain as the concierge said that taking a cab from the hotel would take 1 hr one way and we didn't have so much time as we were flying back. Taking the BTS would take 20mins. Nearest BTS station would be Chi Lom. It is located right beside Central World. See the tracks when you visit the Erawan Shrine and i suggest you purchase your tickets at the counter to save the hassle. It costs 45 baht a person.. not exactly cheap but this is the only way to get out of the weekend car jams. Its convenient and you take it all the way to the end at Mochit Station.

takes 25 mins and i really recommend going early as when it gets late, even getting down the BTS, you will have to queue and its very squeezy!!!! Go early!

Of course this is a must try at the Chatuchak Market. You automatically see a line queuing for this under the blazing hot sun.....

Choose 2 toppings and get a free coconut drink for 35 baht, The concept is nice but i dont know if the other shops have the same quality. Never tried but if you are lazy to queue im sure the other shops have similar standards. It is good but i shall say it is not exactly memorable. May go again if i crave for ice cream but its not like i wanna eat this everyday. Maybe its just me.

This Noodle Soup with Chicken shop is very familiar with tourists and they manage English just fine. Find them at Section 20 Soi 21 right down from the coconut icecream. its a  pretty long walk though.

Cha yen

This is the Mooping i was talking about in my previous post.

Also, they have so many tourist police nowadays that are everywhere in Chatuchak, if you want to ask for directions, just ask them

Spicy version

Non spicy

Chicken Rice

i would recommend the spicy version as it is much nicer. Worth a try!. Also there is a shoe store 2 stalls away and they sell at shoes at 150baht. Check them out!

thats all for now!
